The court hearing on motion by Eichner to use TMC funds to pay attorneys' fees rescheduled to July 27th. (by Jeffrey W.):

Consistent with past scheduled hearings, the June 29th TMC hearing on attorneys' fees has been postponed to July 27, according to a stipulation approved by both sides and filed with the court on June 26th. The delay is attributed to "ongoing settlement discussions," an issue that has been floated before to delay prior court hearings. July 27th hearing at 2:30 pm. Both parties filed the stipulation simultaneously June 26th with nary an explanation about any of it.
