Hi, How to know more about Mexico Timeshare?

Are you looking to buy? Sell? Rent?

Some things to know. Most timeshares in Mexico are Right to Use (RTU) meaning you don't actually own any property. You just own the right to pay maintenance fees to use the unit. The contract usually has a limit for anywhere up to 99 years.

If you want to "buy" one, remember that there are dozens available on the resale market for very cheap, possibly even free. But before looking into buying one, I would recommend taking some time to do research including what it would cost to get you and your family to whatever place in Mexico.

Some other good forums are Timeshare Users Group (aka "TUG"; tugbbs.com) which has a specific Mexico forum and ts4ms.com. Those forums have numerous owners of Mexican timeshares and can give you advice on what might be best for you and your family if you provide a little background information about your travel needs and desires.
