Hi Jeff, the court filed the following documents in September 2017:

Sept.05 - STIPULATION - WITHDRAWING MOTION/ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - BEFORE JUDGE; Sept. 08 - STIPULATION - SO ORDERED; Sept.13 - ORDER - OTHER; Sept.14 - STIPULATION - DISCONTINUANCE (POST RJI) Any thoughts on that? Your comments are highly appreciated. Thank you
