Thanks for your kind words,Jill's. Mr Solomon is head of enforcement in RE division at NYAG. See p. 159. Everyone else: the only people who benefit immediately from the settlement are the Eichners. Their liability is capped. Owners still need to wait for appointment of an administrator, retention of a new management and publication of the criteria used for the settlement. By the way, nobody works for free, so I'd expect that $6.5 M to shrink a lot before we ever see any of it. So do yourself a favor and stop asking questions that can't be answered, like when can I sell, and stop sniping at each other over distractions. We're just entering Phase 2. Hopefully it will be a lot shorter than Phase 1.
