We were lied to as well. We have had the timeshare since 2015 & haven't been able to use it once. However, they have collected nearly $10k from us in that time. Interval sends us certificates for a "free" week, but wants $400 to redeem our "free" week. Diamond & Interval are engaging in false advertising, and misrepresenting their timeshare during sales presentations. We also want our contract voided. There needs to be a class action lawsuit. TOTAL SCAM!!
