pls think positively and help us get ready for a counterproposal if a crappy one is presented to us. if you let it happen, and don't put up some kind of counter, then you simply accept and suffer the loss and whimper. come up with some creative ideas for a counterproposal for a possible unacceptable one from the so-called settlement.
