you're right: "There is no class action lawsuit in progress." what i am trying to do is to consider a class action counterproposal in the event of an unattractive financial settlement after the nysag vs tmc/eicher lawsuit. we need creative ideas in order to present a unified front to whoever it is that offers us a settlement if we deem it unworthy to make us owners financially whole after eichner's dumping fraud and scam-ridden financial actions upon us oiwners.
