I am an owner since 1999 and just visited Manhattan Club and asked the front desk for any information. They provided me with contact information:

Apparently Mr. Yaverbaum represent Mr.Eichner through his Continuum INC.

Does anyone have any information regarding this contact and whether Mr. Yaverbaum can provide any credible information

I did get an email back from Lynn. She stated they can't do anything until the AG gives them the go ahead. I have been accessing the NY WebCourt Site. There is a compliance hearing on 11/14/17. I will keep folk posted.
