It's rather obvious that Castle Law Group, PC is a scam. I have a question for members: Has anyone had dealings with "BEST DEFENSE", CLAIMING TO BE A LAW FIRM LOCATED IN LAKE MARY, FLORIDA? It appears to be a scam just as Castle Law Group, Mitchell Reed Sussman & Associates out of Palm Springs, CA. Also, any feedback on Timeshare Cures, LLC (Branson, MO)

Predictably, as annual maintenance fee bill season approaches, there is increased interest in the (far too many) parasitic, upfront fee "escape / relief / exit / rescue" operations.

Let's cut right to the chase here. Very simply stated, there are *NO* (lawful) magical exits from a legally binding contractual obligation into which someone once voluntarily CHOSE to enter of their own free will. There are NO secret processes or elixirs or fairy dust that can ever deny or somehow magically overcome that simple and straightforward legal fact.

"A fool and his money are soon parted". Pursue a deedback with the resort, or decide to just stop paying and face foreclosure, but anyone who foolishly pays upfront money to ANY parasite operation in the futile hope of achieving a non-existent "magical exit" from a legally binding obligation they CHOSE to enter will lose (and maybe deserves to lose) their money.
