beckyf76, WE NEED , a NEW YORK attorney with super winning credentials in cases such as ours who would take on our plight either individually (not recommended) or as a class action suit. this would probably involve mega bucks in attorney's fees.................HOWEVER , IF WE WIN, then mr scam/fraud, aka EICHNER, would bear the cost of attorney and court fees plus whatever monetary fines that would be imposed by the court. this situation, in my opinion, could wind up in criminal court rather than a civil hearing. i believe eichner committed criminal fraud concerning his tenure and our misfortune at THE MANHATTAN CLUB.

my summation here is that we'd be taking a big chance in retaining such a high-end attorney (not being certain what the outcome would be.) there is also the issue of UNITY. HOW CAN THE DESCRIBED LEGAL ACTION BE COORDINATED AS A CLASS ACTION SUIT? THIS IS WHERE CREATIVITY ENTERS THE PICTURE, AND WHERE PROACTIVITY PLAYS A BIG PART.

i leave this part for suggestions from our group of defrauded TMC shareowners: FINDING AN ATTORNEY (AS DESCRIBED ABOVE), an essential and initial step. once this has been accomplished we, perhaps acting as representatives of all interested owners, could sit down with this attorney to discuss strategies.
