And yet my wife and I have never had a problem booking time at our metro suite over the past 11 years (we have a split week of 4 days with weekend and 3 days without alternating every other year). The proviso is that, and this is as true with the Manhattan Club as our Hilton Timeshare, you must book well in advance, particularly for the highly competitive end of the year holiday weeks. We were informed long ago that one must be a planner to enjoy a timeshare. Those who refuse to pay their maintenance fees are not harming the Eichner’s but only all of the other timeshare owners who continue to dutifully pay theirs.
