For what it's worth, this is what's happening on Nov 15 - 10:30am: Compliance conference. I have not paid my dues yet and am very interested in how/if the new owners are going to handle buy backs (the estate I represent is on the list). Or if the court will allow them to do this before they transfer the property. Tim
