yes, i am on the same boat, got a timeshare with welk,TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE MISTAKE, DON'T use this useless American Consumer. i been dealing with them for over a year and they had done ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to help me to get out!!! i paid them $2200 i will ask for my money back.
