Trust but verify. To the best of my knowledge: we have yet to learn who the new buyer is. I don't believe the transaction has been completed yet. I agree we need to give that person or entity a chance to present to us how they plan to move forward. If the new owner plans to continue to run business status quo (ridiculous maintenance fee rates) they can hand my account over to what ever collection agency they choose. I'll fight them long before I continue down the current path. I agree the AG and TMC came to an agreement. I didn't agree to anything except to sign a contract that the AG has proven should be invalidated.
