I am the executor of an estate that a unit is in. I have paid the dues since the estate went into probate (2015). I have booked days for friends (never had a problem getting days). I am going to pay for 2018 in hopes that the buy back will come into effect and I can close the estate. Have any of you had experience using Redneck as a rental go between. I see they advertise that they can do this. Tim
