I would be interested in joining. Deeded Unit #1202 inherited last year, never used by anyone except my Dad & step-Mom many years ago. He paid $17,921 in 2003. My father and step-mom have both passed away. There is no interest whosever from any of the heirs, just want out. Sheryl p.s. I paid SMTN $1,498 to try and sell it since I am the only surviving Trustee/executor and have had no luck.
