my respectful admonition: PLEASE WAIT FOR THE TERMS OF THE SETTLEMENT (as crappy as it may seem) before you give away your POSSIBLY very valuable TMC timeshare investment. you braved the fraud and scam thus far; why not wait for more info before you make a losing financial move?
