I'm not a lawyer, so I don't give legal advice. I don't pay your bills, so I can't tell you what to do with your unit. I don't know how it helps to call the AG names, so I don't do it. I don't know how it helps to start a letter writing campaign after the matter has been settled by the AG, so I won't do it. I don't know who people are talking about suing in Small Claims Court, but absent a sponsor, owners pay judgments against the MC, so even a win is a loss to us. Chris, I agree with your self assessment. But Eichner and the AG probably don't know you exist. You're just leaning on cap-lock, thinking you're being "inspirational," when what you're doing is venting non-stop and giving out questionable advice which is only taken seriously by people who don't read more than the first and last page. I think this thread had outlived its usefulness and wish Redweek would just shut it down.
