i wanted to be done with a floating week that I had had for 11 years and found out about Ovation. I gave them a call on about the 24th of October and received the documents by email the 2nd of Nov. I followed all instructions and sent them in the 3rd. On Nov 14th I received an email my contract was cancelled and was thanked for being a customer. On Nov 25th I received the Maintenance bill for 2018, contacted the billing department on the 27th and was told I owed nothing as my contract was cancelled.
