Ok the complaint is from our visit to Williamsburg, Va. total switch and bait session. I hope there is an active class action suit in progress that will get me out of this sham of an organization. Please contact me if there is a way. I have filed complaints, all that are employed by Diamond have the same responses which advocate for the company and there is nothing more to be said. Filing complaints have gotten me no where. I am totally fed up with this and need some concrete answers so I can get Diamond out of my life and off my credit report. bjgibbsrn@gmail.com/Ct.
