My understanding is that there won't be a deed back if the account is not current (fees paid). Of course, the if about all of this is how the new owners, if there ever is a new owner, will honor the deed backs. Perhaps it would be advantageous to figure out some way that could be part of the sale. I am the executor of an estate and a MHC unit is in the estate. Fees are current, but I am going to wait until the end of Jan. 2018 to decide if I am going to pay again. Tim
