Worthless endorsements... (by KC):

For the record, BBB is a paid membership organization --- nothing more. The absence of a large number of BBB complaints means absolutely nothing in terms of a business entity's actual effectiveness or reliability. In truth, having few (or no) filed formal BBB complaints could simply indicate that a "company" just hasn't yet been around long enough to have amassed too many unresolved complaints. When they do, many just simply change their name and restart their game anew with a different identity and a new BBB membership.
After 35+ years of extensive legal and considerable timeshare experience, I have never even heard of "Linx Legal". Not once. Not ever. Curious, I just quickly looked at their web site (brand new, established in 2017). What I found truly strange (besides the very vague, fuzzy and completely uninformative description of whatever is they do), was the final line on the web page, which states: "We are not a law firm / attorneys". So.... they use the word "Legal" in their name, but they are NOT a law firm and they are NOT attorneys. Say WHAT now?
Saram280, you have been previously exposed (and warned by RedWeek moderators) for trying to use these discussion forums to solicit business for your own personal "timeshare escape" commercial endeavor, located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I must also point out that you clearly have insufficient information to have ever conducted "background checks" on ANY RedWeeek forum participant. You do not (and you could not) ever even know anyone's full name here, so that bogus claim (although quite amusing) is just complete and utter nonsense.
By the way, being "exposed" is a whole lot different from being "bullied". What you now lamely attempt to portray as being "a victim of bullying", I would instead characterize as having simply been "the subject of consumer warnings". For the record, exposing false or questionable claims is not "hating" either. Exposing false or questionable claims or solicitations is just simply educating and protecting consumers. Big difference.
I will look forward to NOT seeing more nonsense, solicitations or self-serving bogus "endorsements" from you in these RedWeek discussion forums. If you persist in presenting bogus claims or self-serving shill "endorsements", rest assured that you will continue to be promptly exposed. Accurate facts and the truth will ultimately prevail here. Just the same, Happy Holidays!
