I repeat, just as you have - how do we know who gets the money? I am in good standing with 2 penthouse units but I was told by the M.C. that they did not have a rental program for the owners - that if I'm not able to use my Dec. fixed week, then I had to try to rent it myself OR deposit it with Interval International. How do we know that the HOA is receiving the money from units that the M. C. is renting out?
