I own fixed week 21 at Wyndham Riverside Suite in San Antonio, TX. It is paid in full and MF are up-to-date. I want out of Timeshare because it no longer meets my vacation needs.
On Dec 8th, I visited with Chris Matzenbacher (ReedHein) with Timeshare Exit Team. He offered help to exit timeshare for $4,545.00...but first exhaust your efforts to get Wyndham to take back. I was also contacted by Walter Gard from Resort Release, who could also help me exit timeshare for $5,600 and mentioned that Timeshare Exit Team are not as reputable as Resort Release. When I informed him that I was taking Chris's advice to call the Wyndham Exit Team first before proceeding with TET or RR; he informed me that I was making a BIG mistake and that I would be calling him back to exit timeshare.
On Dec 12th, I reached out to Wyndham Exit Team member, Monica. I will be getting more information in 2 weeks (12/26). Today, 12/18th I called Jill from Wyndham Care to get clarification on process. Dec 26th, I should get email from Wyndham Exit Team to see "IF" I qualify for OVATION process to exit . In the meantime, I must stay current on 2018 MF so mail $50.00 check to Wyndham Vacation Resorts, ATTN: ASO FW EFT, 10750 West Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89135 (Like Ryan from Finance instructed). Keeping my Fingers Crossed in Texas!!
