"You must have had ownership during 2011 through 2014 inclusive; you must have paid all maintenance fees for that period, and be current on all charges assessed by MC. If you meet these conditions, you would be entitled to $250 for any nights of your timeshare that you did not use during those 4 years (if you used your points at a different resort, that would be considered “used” and would not qualify for the $250/night payment .) If you fit into this category, contact the AG’s office to file your claim."
