Thomas, I filled out a questionnaire for the AG years ago, but have not received that email. It seems to be quoting from the AOD/Settlement itself. Who was the sender? Did it have an attached claim form? To whom at the AG's office was it to be sent? Did it make any reference to the settlement being funded? Are you sure it is not a solicitation to submit a claim FOR you? Thank you!
