I don't know what country you are from, so I don't know what the credit implications might be. I spoke with someone in the TMC finance department and she said after certain issues are resolved, there will be penalties and credit issues for those not paying maintenance fees.

No, I'm not a shill for TMC ownership as someone suggested weeks ago. If anyone doubts what I am saying, make some phone calls and find out for yourselves. Maybe she lied to me. Of coursed, that's possible. Just be careful and protect yourselves.
