We are all waiting for a claims Administrator to be appointed. Then the issues, procedures, proof?, records, associated with getting compensation for denied stays will be adjudicated. The administrator will also need to tackle the ‘who-still-owns' issues. I don’t think that it’s going to be fun for anyone.

This was from one of the lawyers who posted here a while back about starting a class action who contacted me again recently. Yes it does seem to be quoting the settlement so that's why I asked if anyone had tried getting the $250 for unused nights.
