Have you filed formal complaints yet (separately) with the TN Attorney General and the Board of Professional Responsibility in Tennessee? All the info you need to do so can be found within this thread.
Those complaints are frankly your only remaining hope here --- and it is a very dim hope at that. Meanwhile, you still own the unwanted timeshare so you're still going to have to deal with that matter on your own now. Castle has obviously not helped you in any way at anytime in the past year and a half and is clearly not going to help you now or at any time in the future.
