Everyone is talking about Castle Group. Did anyone have the initial encounter with a company called "Resort Relief" as the pre-review group to see if we qualified for Castle Law to represent us. We actually paid "Resort Relief" through another group "Loan Hero" which partnered with "Monterey Financial Services" to carry the loan out to term.
Are these front companies that are "Money Laundering". I am in Texas and we started in January 2017.
I am going to contact the Texas Attorney General as well to look into the "Resort Relief" entity and see if they are just as legally guilty of fraud.
I just received today a letter from Silverlief that they want to talk before beginning foreclosure proceedings. What a messed up situation.
