I hired them to get me out of my timeshare. They took my money over a year ago. I have had to contact them if I wanted to know anything about my claim. I would have thought they would keep me in the loop. A few days ago I received a letter from the timeshare stating they are going forward with foreclosure as they haven't gotten any response from my lawyers. I just tried calling their number and got a recording stating to contact them through an email. They are no longer accepting phone calls. I feel that I have been taken advantage of and will never see a return of my fee and still have to pay additional costs to the timeshare folks.
