let's all stop this childish quibbling in this redweek forum.......... who did or didn't pay maintenance?............., and all the rest of the BS associated with the horrible and nonsensical settlement made by the parties of this so-call litigation by the nys attorney general against a common (but white-collar) liar, fraudster, scammer and thief, IAN BRUCE EICHNER AND HIS GANG AT THE MANHATTAN CLUB.

let's go to page 188 of this forum and follow bob bilello's lead...............make up your own letter or use bob's well-researched, drafted and succinct but complete letter (with a few but appropriate changes) and send it to the attorney general's and a copy to governor cuomo's office. (FYI, GOVERNOR CUOMO IS ERIC SCHNEIDERMAN'S BOSS.) directly ask for acknowledgment of receipt of these letters together with an explanation and direction of how ALL OF US TMC OWNERS SHOULD PROCEED. don't stop contacting these respective new york state offices until we get reasonable and workable answers to help us claim our just due from the results of this lawsuit. keep in mind that all of us are not new york state residents, but we all pay real estate taxes for the week (s) that we own at THE MANHATTAN CLUB. WE ARE ENTITLED TO THE BENEFITS AS NYS PROPERTY TAXPAYERS

arguing with and criticizing each other, as we can see, is getting us nowhere.........fast. being PROACTIVE and non-argumentive nor critical toward our fellow owners will lead us more directly in the direction we want to be in, that is, WINNERS INSTEAD OF WHINERS.

PROACTIVITY IS THE KEYWORD. argumentive criticism will be our total downfall, as if we aren't currently in the depths as it is! all we have at our (potentially powerful) disposal is a pen or a computer writing program. WE'RE GOOD TO GO, SO JUST DO IT.
