you're so right. currently, all we have is bob bilello's excellent letter to use as a guide. my preference has been to use it almost in its entirety, save for a very few personal/situational changes. i've sent the letters to the nysag and to cuomo. we need to flood the nys atty general's and cuomo's offices with letters of this nature. we need to be heard and be responded to effectively and to our collective benefit. splitting $6,000,000 18,000 ways doesn't cut it. we want just and legal recompense for the lies, fraud, scheming and maintenance fee overcharging that we have all been subjected to by EICHNER, ET AL.
