Checking in once and a while, I could not agree more. Let’s be civil about this sad situation. Bob needs to be thanked for an incredible investigation and summary of events and facts, a wonderful tool for all of us to follow . I appreciate and thank Bob for helping me to submit a letter with my own problems to the AG Office , taking advantage of facts that I did not study on my own. Thank you Bob for allowing me ( all of us ) to use your letter as guide for mine. This was a huge help . Brigitte
