The reason I will not pay this ransom is because I can rent a suite at Doubletree on Times Square for less money almost any time I choose. It is a newer hotel with faster and bigger elevators. When I purchased my timeshare at MC I asked and was told that maintenance costs would never exceed $200 per year and timeshare owners always had first preferance over outsiders. I was clearly defrauded and will not throw good money after bad!
