In summary, I (ken1193) am definitely not the "Resort Relief Ken" (whoever / wherever he may be) with whom you reportedly had some unpleasant phone conversation about "timeshare relief".
I hope that instead of continuing to flush good money down the toilet or making misdirected accusations, you will follow the advice in these forums to file formal complaints with the TN Attorney General and the TN Board of Professional Responsibility in order to keep the spotlight focused on Castle Law Group. Other than that specific course of action, you are just spinning your wheels and wasting your time and your efforts and your money. I'm genuinely sorry, but you (like too many others) have been "had" by Castle Law Group, plainly and simply stated.
I am a timeshare owner and user of multiple weeks for 30+ years now and, as a long time RedWeek member, I also participate in these RedWeek discussion forums --- but I have NEVER had any affiliation of any kind with any entity associated in any way with timeshares at any time, including the present. I am sorry that you have obviously made some very poor (and very costly) choices and decisions, but I am NOT the "Resort Relief Ken" with whom you reportedly had some meaningless telephone conversation. I can try to understand your frustration, but you are definitely pointing your frustration and your baseless accusations in a completely wrong direction.
