Castle Law Group, PC out of Tennessee (by KC):

I disagree that "all we have are forums to discuss our grievances". Impacted parties can (and should) file detailed, formal complaints directly with state authorities. In the specific matter of Castle Law Group, that means the TN Attorney General and the TN Board of Professional Responsibility. All of the information required to do so is provided elsewhere within this very thread --- and to file such a complaint costs absolutely NOTHING. Anyone who has already lost thousands of dollars should certainly at least be willing to spend a few minutes and ZERO more money to file a formal complaint with TN state authorities.

What are the odds of ever seeing any money back? Very slim indeed; of that there is absolutely no question. But if the TN AG ever decides to go after Castle Law Group on criminal charges, there is at least the (admittedly remote) chance of court-ordered restitution to the complainants on whose input and evidence charges were based and filed in the first place. Yes, it's a long shot, but just publicly wringing one's hands in a timeshare discussion forum obviously provides no shot at all.
