I own 2 timeshares I bought 2nd hand owe no money except maintenance. 2 years ago went to Hawaii and after hours of hard selling and pressure ended up buying 508,000 points. They merged my other two timeshares and now that I can't afford the mortgage payment but pay have been able to pay the maintenance they won't let me make any reservations on the point I owned before HawaiI. I talked to an outside company to help me get out of the Hawaii contract but they wanted $24,000 to do it and there was no guarantee Wyndham wouldnt put lien on my home, etc. So how do I get out of the Hawaii contract without giving my already paid for contracts?
