I posted my Park City Marriott Mountainside 2019 week for rent on Red Week and "the other timeshare website" the other day. I even had it "verified" by Red Week.

Within days, on Easter Sunday actually, I get a solicitation from these guys to take my rental for their "customers" at full asking price.

Who really works real estate on Easter Sunday? And its April 1 - the "fools day".

So I'm skeptical.

I'm not a newbie at renting this unit, have done it myself for the last 4 years and I've also rented another timeshare I own in another state.

All done directly with the people who will occupy the unit...nice simple transactions...everybody is happy.

My question is - are these guys legit? I've already begun to negotiate parts of their offer but will shut it down if feedback here is negative.
