maybe there will be something to do with schneiderman vs ian bruce eichner? what about letting a new AG know that the owners are not happy with the settlement? maybe another several hundred letters will push a new AG into a discovery or revision of the terms of the settlement? and political aspect might play a significant role in the drama...
