Re: Schneiderman, once again it is/was all about power. The truth is stranger than fiction. And justice, sad to say plays a small role in our legal system. One teeny tiny consolation, in view of recent events, shows us that Schneiderman is a scumbag, every bit as bad as Eichner. No wonder we didn't fare well under either of them. Gratitude to Judge Rakower for what we got and still hope to see: some reimbursements, ability to sell/get out of ownership, reasonable fees and fair and decent owners to take over TMC. Here is hoping for the best!
