bruce, all of your notations and alleged connections should be investigated. it certainly appears, as you strongly suggested, that there is a strong possibility of connections unfavorable to the SETTLEMENT (BUL*****) that was finally handed down. now we're faced with this SETTLEMENT and it seems that NO ONE knows how to handle it..............AND EICHNER IS STILL IN (ALBEIT UNDERCOVER) TOTAL COMMAND. what the hell gives? isn't there any legal eagle who sees through this sham and fraud that we owners are still cemented to. where are albany........read cuomo......and other legal leaders who work for us. no one seems to want to stick his/her neck out and call this SETTLEMENT complete nonsense and re-evaluate and re-try THE MANHATTAN CLUB LITIGATION ISSUE to the benefit of those harmed: OWNERS OF MANHATTAN CLUB TIMESHARE time

There is something that is not right. Someone has to do a complete investigation on Schneiderman.
