I don't think these people are at all impressed or influenced by "threats of legal action" by individuals at this point. They are currently being sued in at least three separate lawsuits in Federal court in Florida by big corporations with very deep pockets. Individual complaints are now so far back toward the end of a long line that such individuals plainly have a faint and barely audible voice at this juncture.
