I agree with this post. I mean really, this is a perfect class action suit. Why Zimmernan does not want to initiate is questionable. I just do not like this. If lawyer had confidence he would initiate class action where a lot more publicity would help us. Other class action lawsuits in Miami high rise buildings were initiated and back in 2008 or so. I know because I was involved in buying a condo. What gets me is the explanation the law firm gives is weak and not comprehensive in anyway. Me, I am skeptical .....
