Can anyone help me please. We are English and bought Mystic Dunes in 2001 and because like many others the cost of the maintenance fees are going to make it an issue as I have now retired and my husband will retire next year. I am going to speak to the home resort to ask if it is possible to give back our deeded timeshare. I notice American families have done this but does anyone know if anyone from England has done this? It is a shame to let it go but on a pension cannot afford to have this rising cost year on year.
