All questions about Bluegreen purchase are understandable but probably premature, for many reasons. Here is the corporate phone number for Bluegreen: 561-912-8000. They are the only ones who can really address the longterm plans for owners. In meantime, AG still has jurisdiction, despite fact they they have not been very forthcoming with information for owners. This purchase puts the upcoming Board meeting into a new light; no doubt, the board will be expecting owner questions about the purchase, so we highly recommend owners not only attend, but come armed with all of your questions. In meantime, RedWeek continues to communicate with various attorneys who represent owners or are/were contemplating filing suit against the Board and Eichners. We will advise of any and all developments on the legal front as they surface.
