I question how Bluegreen can assume the management contract for TMC which legally has been accused of fraud. The owners , and we still don't know how many there are legally, should have the right via a board of directors to renegotiate a new management contract. That would include at least half of the board members representing the TMC owners. . Otherwise we are just getting a new Villain to replace the old one.

I have friends who bought property from Bluegreen. They have nothing but contempt for an organization who lied to them and never fulfilled any of their promises.
