Does anyone think that Bluegreen ils going to forgive the unpaid maintenance fees? I used to own a Bluegreen timeshare, and was lucky to get out.

Did anyone ever consider donating a TMC week to a non-profit? Not the whole time share just one year's week. The nonprofit would then raffle the week off for a fund raiser. Would the donation be considered a charitable contribution?
