Williamm465 I did seriously consider and look into donating it. There was more than one reason I decided not to and it was 5 years ago...non profits are pretty picky, don't blame them and I didn't feel right about trying to pass my problems onto a non profit. You should look into it, maybe things have changed. And your idea about them raffling the timeshare off for a fund raiser is good also.
