Laurel527.....I gave one of my timeshares back in June of 2014 right before the investigation commenced. I have not had to pay fees, but I also have not had final papers or the $100 I was promised. I was told this could not happen until everything was settled. Lynne O'Donnell said the same when I checked with her not long ago. It is my understanding that at this time they cannot take back any timeshares as they are forbidden to do transactions of any kind until everything is "resolved". I would call Lynne O'Donnell in financial services to see if anything has changed lately.
